TCi Response To Covid-19

Dear Valued TCI Customer:

Like the rest of the world, we have been closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) news to ensure that we are taking all necessary measures to keep the safety and well-being of our team and customers our top priority. We stand together to keep America going during this pandemic. Please note the changes that we have made are with everyone’s safety in mind.

Leadership

Our leadership team has activated a COVID-19 team to assess continually, discuss, and review the evolving situation and recommended guidelines. If you have recently visited Truck Centers, Inc. or have been in contact with any of our personnel and are exhibiting symptoms of the virus, awaiting test results, or have received a positive test, please contact us at covid19@truckcentersinc.com.

Facilities

We have worked with our management team and cleaning personnel to develop best practices for cleaning all surfaces. We will halt all business operations at the start and end of each shift to thoroughly disinfect all locations. Pardon the disruption of service at these times but know that we are doing it for your safety and that of our team. We are providing hand sanitizer throughout each of our facilities for guests.

Team Safety

We are taking additional steps to safeguard our employees as our utmost priority is sheltering our most valuable resource to have the ability to continue to provide you with uninterrupted service. Arrangements have been made to have non-customer-facing roles work remotely or with alternative work arrangements. Understanding many of the functions in our dealerships require an on-site presence and customer interaction, we are practicing social distancing, restricted access, and halting in-person meetings.

Customer Service

Our key focus is to continue providing uninterrupted, superior service to our customers as they are relying on maximum uptime. These are challenging times and it’s certainly not business as usual. To reduce exposure risk, we have curtailed travel and off-site visits for the time being. However, our team, including Sales Executives, OPS, and Customer Service Managers, are still available through email, text, or by phone.

All departments with the exception of Training are currently open. We are encouraging our customers to phone our team for Sales or Parts needs and use online parts access or contacting your OPS when possible. We are currently open for walk-in business, but you may limit your social interaction by calling to schedule parts delivery, service appointments, or vehicle pickup/delivery service. Please refrain from visiting our facility if you are exhibiting any symptoms of the virus (fever, cough, sore throat, or runny nose). Should you need to send someone who has been recently been sick, has been in contact with someone ill, or has been exposed to someone with the virus, please call before arriving to arrange payment and have a member of our team deliver the parts or truck without direct contact.

Please contact your local TCI dealership directly if you have any questions regarding the current availability of products or services, workload, or amended hours of operation as these may be subject to ongoing change.

Thank you for choosing Truck Centers,
